We are Re-Opening: COVID Safety Protocol

Re-opening comes with new ways of living our lives. We have taken several steps to limit the spread of the disease. Some of them include

Employee education and training:

• Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Modified process flow to reduce personnel contact points

Patient interviews and Social distancing:

• Filter patients during the phone call when scheduling appointments for care using established and recommended screening checklists and scripts.
• Reduce patients in waiting room by advising patients to wait in their cars in the parking lot.
• Allocating more time per appointment in order to reduce number of patients in the office at any given time
• Schedule appointments, review treatment plans and making payments over the phone

Deploying Safety Equipment:

• Professional medical grade air filtration in the office
• Aerosol suction equipment

Dental Operatory:

• Providers and dental assistants to strictly follow infection control practices between patients (e.g., hand hygiene, cleaning, and disinfecting shared equipment).
• No other team member should enter the room during a procedure and if necessary, should use PPE.

We are confident that these guidelines will help to create a safe environment for our patients and team members and hope that you feel secure in the knowledge that we are doing everything in our power to provide the safest clinical conditions in order to protect our patients, our team and our families.
